How do I create a Belleze account?

You don’t need to sign up the traditional way. Your account is created when you log in.

  • Enter your email on the login page
  • Get a 6-digit code in your inbox
  • Enter the code to access your account

If your email already exists, you’ll log into that account. If not, a new account is created automatically. No password is needed at any point.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your details anytime from your account page after signing in.

  • Go to the website and sign in
  • Open your account page, then click your initials and select “Profile”
  • Click the pencil icon to edit your name, email, or shipping address
  • Make your changes and click “Save”

If you change your email, you’ll need to verify it. If you used a third-party login, email changes may not be available.

How do I register to receive special offers?

You can join by subscribing to our emails. This is how we send deals, updates, and new arrivals.

  • Enter your email in the newsletter sign-up form (usually in the footer or homepage)
  • Or check the “email me with news and offers” box at checkout

Once you sign up, you’ll start receiving emails with special offers. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.

What should I do if I forget my password?

There’s no password to reset. We use a passwordless login.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can stop receiving marketing emails anytime through the unsubscribe link in our emails.

  • Open any email from us
  • Scroll to the bottom
  • Click “Unsubscribe”
  • Confirm if asked

Once you unsubscribe, you’ll be removed from our email list and won’t receive future offers.

Shipping Information

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations at this time.

Are there additional taxes or duties? 

While standard shipping is free, any local sales taxes or fees required by your state are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after the shipment date, depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information? 

Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and manage your details more efficiently.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Log in to your account, select the order, and submit a cancellation request. If the item has already shipped, please contact support upon delivery to arrange a return.

What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?

Please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately via Live Chat or Email. Provide your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange for a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Warranty Information

What warranty coverage is included?

All products include a standard 1-year warranty from the delivery date. You can upgrade to a Limited Lifetime Warranty by registering your product.

How do I qualify for the Limited Lifetime Warranty? 

You must register your product at belleze.com within 100 days of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What does the warranty cover? 

Coverage includes missing parts, items damaged upon arrival, and functional defects (such as broken hinges, warped panels, or unstable frames) under normal household use. It does not cover misuse, accidents, or environmental damage.

Refund & Return Policy

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100-day return window from the date of purchase. After 100 days, returns and refunds are no longer accepted.

What items are eligible for return?

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How do I start a return? 

Email your receipt or order number to support@belleze.com. Once your return is approved and the item is inspected at our warehouse, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Who pays for return shipping? 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Payments and Discounts

Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

How do I use a promo code? 

Enter your code in the "Discount Code" box during checkout and click "Apply." If a code is not working, ensure it has not expired and that the items in your cart are not excluded from the promotion.
