Cabinet came in two separate boxes, well packaged. However there were a few small chips on the arched doors and the backing piece had a long crack in it as if it was bent during shipping.
The back pieces were still usable and fit properly and the small chips in the front weren’t large enough to complain. We used a small touch up pen and it disappeared. I will say the backing would be better if it was all one piece of wood vs part wood/part thin backing.
Building the unit was easy and straight forward. Adjusting the cabinet doors was also easy once you get the hang of how to tighten/loosen the hinges to make it perfect.
Overall, extremely satisfied with this piece that houses all of our kids toys, so the living room still looks great! Will consider buying more from Belleze in the future.
Directions were clear to assemble, parts all labeled clearly. Took 2 people a couple hours. Puts out nice heat on a chilly morning. So glad I bought this. Dog-approved as well
Great furniture at a reasonable price.
Took a little time on the first set but everything went well.
Had a small crack on one piece but doesn’t show because it’s on the inside.
We are very happy with the set. Looks great!
First order arrived with Part 14 broken. The piece was unusable (first photo). Second piece arrived with the SAME part broken (second photo). Now I have TWO corner bars and I can’t use either! I have requested a refund since I can’t use either bar, and these are too heavy to easily mail back! I will update once my refund is processed.
Boxes came very damaged and when we very carefully opened we were extremely disappointed with the product. I tried to call and there was no customer service except to refer me to text. I text this info, with photos on Monday, 9/14, advising that I want to return with refund and get specific instructions. I have yet to receive a response.
Please advise immediately.
WE LOVE IT - Fits absolutely perfectly in our living room and is a great quality. Instructions were so easy to use and put together. Only downside is it did take longer than 90 minutes to complete, but probably user error. I will now look at all furniture from here first before anywhere else as their options grow.
This is exactly what we were shopping for. It matched the theme of a den remodel.
I love everything about it! The fireplace insert works wonderfully, with and without heat and has extremely realistic sounds.
We have used this to hold old VHS tapes, DVD’s and the top portion is perfect for the VHS/DVD player.
We wanted a retro space and this tv stand helped to complete it.
We actually ordered this from Lowe’s and when a part was missing, Belize had everything we needed shipped to my home in 3 days time.
Great TV stand and amazing customer service.
Great looking and well made. The magnetic steel plates were missing from one set, so I had to go to Home Depot and buy a similar full set. Luckily that worked.
These cabinets are better than expected. The quality is excellent. The first of 3 took about 45 minutes to assemble. The other two were a breeze. The instructions and included hardware are clear and easy to follow. The doors are very adjustable, and butting the three cabinets against each other works out just fine. If you are considering this piece, I Would definitely recommend.
Overall good product.
Very nice design, sturdy construction.
Shape true to original product.
Some details are not the best when looking closely, but materials are of a good quality with no surprises.
I had been looking at this for months and am soooo happy with my purchase! Also, I don’t mind putting together furniture, and this was one of the easier items to put together!
I like the style. I love the upholstery pattern. I love the size. All unique and fit just perfect in my space. It was the easiest assembly ever. No tools at all needed.
Love the cabinet! Put it in my bedroom for some extra storage and ambiance. Took awhile to build, but was able to do it myself and wasn’t too difficult. Sturdy material. Some of the pieces had small cracks or imperfections, but they were ones that weren’t visible once built so it wasn’t a big deal to me.
Super fast delivery; ordered Sunday night and delivered Tuesday. The most difficult part for me was getting the boxes inside without damaging the contents. I’m a 63 year old 120 lb woman. Managed to roll them in and they were very well packaged, so no damage. Easy assembly; took me about 4 1/2 hours for the 3 units. Just need someone to help me adjust the doors for the final touch.
I was a little concerned when I inserted one of the wood dowels and it pushed out the veneer inside one of the cabinets but no one will ever see that.
The design is striking and I love that I have 3 separate components: easier to move and more adaptable if I move house.
I love the color yellow, and when we redid our house, I wanted a yellow chair for reading. I chose this one and it was the best money spent on a reading chair. It is comfortable, firm, the fabric is comfortable and the chairs was easy to assemble. We love this chair so much we decided to order a second yellow one for the guestroom and I ordered a third yellow one for my office and one of our counseling rooms. Definitely worth the money and the description was perfect.
