Warranty Coverage & Registration
- Standard 1-Year Warranty: All Belleze products include a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
- Limited Lifetime Warranty Upgrade: To qualify for our Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must register your product at belleze.com within 100 days of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Coverage includes:
- Arrival Issues: Missing parts, items damaged during transit, or defective items upon arrival.
- Storage & Sideboards: Loose or misaligned doors, broken hinges, missing hardware, or warped/peeling panels.
- TV Stands: Structural defects, hardware failures, warped wood, or assembly-related manufacturing issues.
- Accent Chairs: Unstable frames, loose or broken legs, and fabric defects (such as premature tearing or discoloration).

What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance, cleaning, or unauthorized repairs.
- Misuse, negligence, accidents, or wear and tear from commercial use.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or environmental events.
- Lost or stolen items.

Replacement & Resolution Policy
Please note that warranty claims do not qualify for monetary refunds. We resolve issues through the following tiered approach:
- Free Replacement Parts: We will provide replacement parts at no cost to you. Parts are typically processed and shipped within 2โ3 business days.
- Product Replacement: If parts are unavailable or the item has been discontinued, we may offer a full product replacement.
- Store Credit: If the product is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued for use on belleze.com.
- Free Shipping: All authorized replacement parts and products are shipped free of charge.

- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
