Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Outside our 30 day return policy, Belleze Furniture offers a one year (1 year) Manufacturer’s Warranty that covers replacement parts or any defects caused by the manufacturer and at no fault of your own.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You scan or email your receipt toΒ support@belleze.com

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.


RefundsΒ (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution; however, sometimes this processing will take longer.


Late or missing refundsΒ (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 3-5 business days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
