You may initiate a return request within 100 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Shipping Fees
- Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage: If the return is due to a quality issue reported within our guidelines, Belleze will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Personal Preference (Customer Remorse): For returns due to change of mind, style, color, or fit, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fees.Β To make the process easier and more affordable, you may purchase a pre-paid return shipping label directly from us at our discounted enterprise rate. This is typically significantly lower than standard retail shipping rates. Alternatively, you may choose to ship the item back via your preferred carrier.
- No Restocking Fees: During the 100-day window, we waive all restocking fees for eligible returns, ensuring you receive a refund of the full product purchase price.
3. Eligibility Original Packaging
- Condition: Items must be in as-new, resaleable condition, fully disassembled, and free of any user-initiated modifications (e.g., drilling, painting).
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Repackaging Fee: If the original box has been discarded, a $50 repackaging fee per item will be deducted from the refund to cover additional protective materials and processing required for safe transit.

- Documentation: Clear photos of the item, the product label, and the shipping packaging are required to facilitate your claim.

Warranty claims do not qualify for monetary refunds. Issues are resolved via:

- Store credit (if the product is discontinued).

Order Changes Cancellations
- Pre-Shipment: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase without penalty, provided it has not been processed for shipment.
- Post-Shipment: Once an order has been processed or left our warehouse, any cancellation or change will be treated as a return and will incur a 20% processing fee to cover intercept and redirection logistics.
