Shipping Rates and Locations
We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed directly through belleze.com.
- Coverage: We currently ship exclusively to the continental United States.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations at this time.
- P.O. Boxes and Military Bases: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Processing and Delivery Timelines
We work quickly to get your furniture on its way. Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1โ2 business days.
- Standard Delivery: Once your order has shipped, it typically arrives within 5โ7 business days.
- Carrier Partners: We primarily use FedEx and UPS for standard shipments. Larger items may be shipped via specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers to ensure safe handling.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to weather, seasonal demand, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you have a Belleze account, you can also view your real-time order status and tracking information by logging in and navigating to "My Orders."
Address Changes and Cancellations
To ensure fast delivery, orders are sent to our warehouse for processing immediately after they are placed.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via 24/7 Live Chat or email within one hour of placing your order. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has reached the processing stage.
- Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. If an order has already shipped, it must be handled according to our Returns Policy.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
We take great care in packaging our products, but accidents can happen during transit.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product immediately. Contact us via support@belleze.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a free replacement.
- Missing Parts: If your item arrives but is missing parts, please notify us immediately. We will ship the necessary components to you free of charge within 2โ3 business days.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 3 business days so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses or in separate boxes to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment in your order.
