Frequently Asked Questions

Which collection should I choose?

Westmont has fluted fronts and curved end cabinets. Jagger combines fluted details, arched glass or double-arc wood doors and slim metal handles. Bijou uses arched fronts and wide wooden handles. For a fireplace layout, explore Jagger or Westmont; for upper shelving, explore Jagger or Bijou.

How do I know the layout will fit?

Measure usable wall width, depth and height, including space for doors and drawers to open. The preview uses 3D model measurements for planning; confirm the linked product specifications before ordering. For reference, the Westmont curved-end three-piece set is 94.5 inches wide; Bijou's wide glass-door sideboard is 64 inches wide. Sizes vary by model.

Can I mix finishes or stack cabinets?

Each collection keeps its own layout while you use the preview. Changing the finish affects new pieces; placed cabinets keep their colors. To replace a cabinet in another finish, remove it and add it again.

Upper shelving fits compatible bases within the same collection. Bijou uppers fit its narrow three-drawer, glass-door and wood-door cabinets; Jagger uppers fit matching low bases. Wide sideboards and Westmont cabinets do not accept uppers in this tool. An upper moves with its base when you reorder the layout.

Why does my cart show fewer items than my layout?

The preview counts physical pieces; the cart counts retail products. A five-piece layout may be sold as one set and appear as quantity 1 in your cart. A tall cabinet made from a base and an upper counts as two preview pieces. Under Review & purchase, expand each set's included-pieces list to check its contents. The subtotal uses current product prices; discounts, shipping and tax are calculated in your cart and at checkout.

Why can't I add my layout to the cart?

Every selected piece needs an available product or set matching its model, finish and quantity. A piece can appear in the preview without being sold on its own. Upper shelving and Westmont curved ends need matching sets. The electric fireplace mantel is also sold individually. Read the message under Review & purchase, then adjust the relevant pieces or finish. Your layout stays in place while you review it.

Do I need to assemble or anchor the cabinets?

Assembly is required. Follow your model's instructions for assembly, upper-to-base connections and any required wall attachment. For example, Bijou's tall three-drawer bookcase includes wall-mount hardware. Open Assembly Instructions and search by product name or SKU. The SKU is on the product page, packaging or order confirmation. The preview shows the layout; use the instructions to check how the pieces are secured.
