I had to make some adjustments. From the reviews, I bought a pillow cover and covered an existing pillow. The chair needed it. The seam down the middle of the back was distracting. And it was uncomfortable to sit without the pillow. Also, my bed dwarfed the chair, so I took unused bed lifters and raised the chair 6 inches. I find having the ottoman lower more comfortable. So easy to put together and the seat is not hard at all. I like the color and linen fabric. I added the lamp and created a little reading nook next to my bed. I'm delighted. It's sturdy, fits both me and my larger, taller daughter, well made, and makes me smile.

I love my chair and ottoman! The design fits my living room perfectly! However, I am concerned as it leaves an impression for a while every time I get up. I'm afraid the cushion will wear thin before too long! But. the first few months it hasn't been too bad. Also, you may want to make sure you put it on a carpet. On a wood floor, the chair tends to move with the slightest nudge or shift in seating position.

It took me months to decide which accent chair I wanted to buy. At first, it was this Belleze tub chair /ottoman, but I just kept looking, came back to my first choice, and was very, very pleased. I did need a small cushion for the seat because it was a bit hard for my boney butt!

I love the way this chair looks and the colors. I got it for a den/guest room. It is on a smaller scale and more of a chair to sit in briefly than relax in. The back is low and be careful if you lean back into it because it can tip backwards. Overall I am happy with it.

The only downside is the cushion is hard as a rock. I bought a cushion to put on the chair to sit on to make it more comfortable. it makes all the difference. I also put a large cushion on the back of the chair to give my back more support. The chair is comfortable. Excellent price and is very pretty.

We love the design of this chair and ottoman but are not happy with the wobbliness of the chair itself. We used all parts provided (round, what we assume are, stabilizers, for under the legs, and 4 screw in legs). It was incredibly simple to put together and we were very happy with it until my 250# husband sat in it and the chair wobbled. We tightened things down more and the chair still wobbled (it seems like the connection the legs screw into isn't very deep or not very secure inside the chair). I guess we will have to make sure no one heavier than my husband sits in it. Otherwise, the chair itself is fine (except the picture shows BLACK for the background color and it is actually more of an ashy black in our opinion).

Nice look for a bedroom in a corner. Somewhat small so it fits well in the corner of a bedroom or office. It’s a little hard when you sit in it so be prepared for it not to be sinky feeling. The good thing is the cushion does come off the chair in case you drop your change!

I wanted to get an accent chair for my daughter's small apartment without spending a lot of money. I noticed that all the deals are on armless chairs, but she wanted one with arms. The wrap-around-style back of this chair is very comfortable with sufficient back and arm support all in one. I LOVE the pattern too. The colors make it relatively easy to make with many decors. And for the average price of one arm chair I also got an ottoman. The chair seems to be made well, and is fairly sturdy though lightweight (rubberized pads keep it from sliding on laminate flooring). Assembly only involves screwing on the legs.

This chair and ottoman was delivered in perfect condition and four days early. However, it is very small as others have said. I'm a slim person, but my heavier friends might destroy it. I wish it was just a little bit bigger. I do like the fabric. I am sorry now that I didn't spend a little bit more and get a bigger chair.

It's completely perfect for those with short legs, like me. I'm a quarter inch under five feet, and I can sit here with my feet flat on the floor and my back against the back of the chair at the same time!! If you're tall, you wouldn't understand the sheer awesomeness of this amazing feat. I love the style of the chair and to be honest the ottoman was a perk when priced against similar chairs of this style. Love my new comfy chair!

These chairs are lovely. They're on the smaller size, which is exactly what I wanted for my living room. The only down side is that they are lightweight, so they move around easily, even when you're not trying to move them. The ottomans are a nice feature, but they're really light too. I've recommended them once already, and I would do it again.

Small and light weight comfortable furniture for a casual space. It is not terribly sturdy for an average size 5'7 woman. A bit wobbly. Fabric is a thin synthetic. Overall it's comfortable but probably not lasting. Time will tell.

Love this chair. I read the reviews and some said it was more gray than black. They were wrong but luckily either color would have worked for me. Its is hard but I expected that. Hopefully in time the cushion will soften. A little smaller than I expected meaning if you tall or are a little over weight you will not be comfortable in this chair.

I am moving and was so excited to add this piece for my black and white themed room.Just received my chair I ordered what I thought was black but it's more like faded black or gray I was a bit disappointed when I saw ..the chair cushion is not comfortable HOWEVER you can add in your own cushion because it has a removable cover. I guess I will have to make it work for my bedroom although the color is off

This chair is perfect for the room I put it in because it is small with a straight back rest. It is more firm than I would lime but I can live with that. I seldom use it for more than an hour.

Not as dark as the picture. Pretty. It is more of a grey-ish black. Which is fine because it matches my couch more closely. However, the cushion on this couch is extremely hard. It feels like sitting on a brick. I'm hoping over time that it will soften up, but I wouldn't recommend this chair for prolonged sitting. The ottoman is actually softer than the chair.
