Excellent customer service
I ordered a tv stand with electric fireplace from Belleze. I love it! It is well made and beautiful. When there was an small issue with the fireplace heater and I needed help I was able to get a live operator right away. The operator spoke clear English, so no issues with communication. She was very helpful and solved the problem. They stand behind their products and offer excellent customer service. I would definitely order from them again.

Great addition, love my new fireplace
Ordered an fireplace entertainment stand that I originally found on a different site at a much higher price. Belleze shipped quickly, it arrived in 2 boxes. It was a lot of pieces, but instructions were all pretty clear, all pieces were sturdy and good quality. I did struggle with the drawers, but always struggle with the drawers. I absolutely love the piece, it's gorgeous, looks way more expensive than it was and enhances my space way more than expected.

The delivery came a day before it was expected, and the box was in good shape, always a good sign.
We were able to assemble it, although getting the drawer slides/glides was the most difficult. I would have loved a more detailed explanation added to the pictures. Once I corrected my errors, the drawers fit perfectly...nothing like 'reading' the pictures more carefully
