Lovely piece, great quality! Had to call about a scratch on the top, submitted pictures and was told to expect a replacement in 3-5 business days. Absolutely no hassle at all! Joey, the customer service representative was wonderful to work with! The direction for putting it together was easy to follow. I finally just put it together. It was hard to put together but the directions were pretty clear to follow. I really like how it looks and I love how it changed the look of the room.

The end result is beautiful. Assembly by a knowledgeable person still took nearly four hours. The cabinet is expensive-looking, sturdy, and exceeded my expectations. The fireplace can be ambiance or functional (using the heat feature.) there is even a crackling fire sound if desired.

This came in two separate boxes. The fireplace is a separate box. And the 2nd box is the drawer TV Stand. It's about 200 pounds. The quality is really good. The build level is not too bad if you follow instructions closely. Took about 3 hours to build with 2 experienced people who built furniture before and knew how to follow instructions.Used a drill to speed up the process on some steps. You cannot use a drill on all the steps or you can strip the wood. Have to put the drill on the weakest level. I'm really happy with this TV Stand drawer stand. Looks really good and the fire looks really nice.

Assembly was much easier than expected and they even gave spare parts! For the price this is a wonderful purchase. The doors are a bit tricky to straighten out but overall it's a sleek looking stand with a a decent heater to make any room a bit more cozy. We can't speak to the longevity of the material but we would definitely buy from this company again!

This furniture piece is amazing��cozy, stylish, and a standout in the room. Lots of compliments. It feels high-quality with spacious, smooth drawers and cabinets. There's no built-in cord management, but a small cubby area worked well for a PlayStation and WiFi router. The heating and fan functions are impressive, warming up quickly without too much noise. You can adjust the temperature from 64 degrees to 82 degrees F with a timer (1-8 hours). The fireplace feature can run with just the flames and no heat with sounds of a wood burning fire(only on & off no volume control) but the flames look a bit more fake than expected or as seen in the photo. Overall, it's a great product highly recommended, especially based on the durability of the same brand from my sister.

You can use a fireplace without using heat if you choose. Solid not wobbling, heavy.Happy with my purchase. I got the dark and blends in well with my primitive decor.

This is absolutely beautiful and nice quality. The instructions were clear and thorough. The Fireplace has all sorts of modes including different light settings that are separate from the heat. It even has a fireplace crackling sound you can turn on. I love this!
