I love this entertainment unit. I just wonder if any one has had a problem with the heater insert unit. Our unit runs but, stopped heating after a year and the company told me they would not comment or assist me in troubleshooting after 1 year. I wasn’t looking for anything free, except information. I don’t know if there is a fuse blown or if they are not meant to last very long. I can’t find a replacement unit on their website. With the cold weather setting in. We’re disappointed that we have no customer service support.

I was able to assemble it on my own (the instructions say you need two people). It was efficiently packaged for padding and for space. You don't need a hammer for assembly, but you will need a Philips head screw driver and a drill at some point. This thing, after assembly, feels plenty sturdy which is great. Last but not least: it's very beautiful! It looks great and the fireplace gives nice ambiance. It's great to have a remote for the fireplace too. All in all: it works great and looks great!

It is sturdy, well built particularly where all the pieces cut out for the screws are located. Had many other furniture to put together and always had problems with parts lining up. Very pleased with the unit. Looks great.

I ordered this TV stand Oct. 20th, delv. Date stated Nov. 1st. It arrived Oct. 22nd. I took all items out of boxes, (3). I put it together on a tabletop, easy to assemble. Took me about 90 minutes. I used my cordless drill to screw in the screws. Everything went Together easy. And only one place where, the wood didn't fit tight. But it's not very noticeable. I am happy with the look. The electric fireplace fit in perfectly, there were no holes predrilled, so I had to drill them to set the screws. Very happy. Tried the fireplace, lights up well, and has three levels of light. The Heater only has one speed. Remote works well. The box came with the bottom flap loose. But no scratches anywhere.

I put it together by myself... with just a phillips head screwdriver. I did use a small yoga block to rest the doors on as I was attaching the hinges. It's very solid and while the outside box (had three smaller boxes inside) was torn/compromised, there was no damage to the product.The heater I haven't used yet, cept to power it on for just a minute... but hopefully it will prove durable/function well enough for those chilly nights.One thing I will note is that there are no drill holes to attach the heater in place. There are wings or flaps to attach to the heater unit, but no corresponding holes for those on the inside of the cabinet. (at present, the heater unit is just sitting inside the center freely. Not sure if it is supposed to be like that, or they just didn't make drill holes because the heating unit is an optional component.

This is a very nice tv stand! It really wasn’t hard to put together either I did it by myself in a little under 2 hours. For the price it’s pretty sturdy and the fire place was easy to put in! Definitely would recommend!

Box delivered with a large gouge in it. Wasn’t able to have it put together until a week later and discovered a small gouge in the direct middle, top front. Don’t know when it happened- probably during delivery. Other than that, I Love It!Sturdy & nice looking piece of furniture.
