It's great quality wood and the only bad thing I have to say is it took me a really long time to build this with the recommended tools. Just know you need your own drill or screw driver for this product. 10/10 In quality materials and design.

Came on time in two separate packages. No damage. I hate putting furniture together especially when all you have are awful images to go off of as instructions but this was very easy to get together (with 2 people). Instructions were easy to follow. The fireplace is beautiful and works perfectly. No missing parts and the size is perfect.

I Put it together by myself, wasn't too bad I kept taking breaks but the instructions were easy to follow. literally made my living room. Love it so much The place is beautiful I live the Little Rock's they give you. Everything is really sturdy as well.

Worth every penny! Such a beautiful fireplace with so many custom settings to choose from. Assembly was easy, meaning the instructions were easy to follow. I put this together myself, and I'm a 115-120 pound woman. That said, it did take me several hours to fully assemble. But in the end, it was worth the reward. Mine is holding a 75-inch Samsung TV. It says it holds up to 75-inch tvs, but I don't think I saw anyone with a 75-inch in reviews. Once assembled, it's very heavy and sturdy. So my pictures prove it's stable enough to hold a huge TV. Seriously my living room is my favorite place to be now. I never wanna leave.

Put it together by myself love the colors the fireplace puts off some heat and works really well not by in price got it in the prime day it does have some weight to it all the holes to put it together are already there it wasn't hard to put together it's a pretty good size and the quality is really good probably going to order another one next time.

The product did come in parts on two separate days, so please be mindful Of delivery. It did take an extra set of hands to set up. It took my husband and me about 2 to 3 hours, but overall very stable. Good product.

Love it I'm obsessed so far. Had it for a week. I spray-painted the handles to silver and I'm enjoying it even more. I highly recommend getting the item. If fits perfectly in my living room. exactly what I wanted. Fire place, with storage. The only thing is it did take us 4 hours to put together.

instructions were excellent, was able to assemble it with my 13-year-old daughter in about four hours. There are a lot of parts, but it is fairly simple if you follow the instructions. Overall, the appearance is amazing, and we love all the colors and options that are available with the fireplace. The unit heats up the room very well! There is some fan noise, but it is not too loud.

The picture does no justice! I put it together myself it took about 4 hrs if you have someone else helping I'm sure it would be even less time! I absolutely love it!!! Still adding some little pieces to the shelves but it's great! The heater works amazing!

I received this in two days!! The packaging was a little damaged but that was out of their control, I honestly think it can be from the shipping coming to UPS. It took a while to set up but it was worth it. I LOVE THIS SO MUCH & The company responded quickly to any questions I had! I will definitely be purchasing other items from this seller !!

I Love Love this fireplace. I was a little concerned with the no-return policy, but super glad I did it. It is the best thing I ordered all year. It was easy to put together. As long as you follow the directions provided the reason I didn't let my husband put it together. My TV on the wall is 65 inches so you can see the length is perfect.

My experience with customer care was excellent some of the wood pieces were chipped and they handled the issue promptly. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely buy this product again other than the minor chips to the wood. I had purchased the black one so it is easier to hide. The fireplace has a bit of a lag my only ready of giving 4 stars.
