This is my first purchase from Belleze, and it was great! Affordable, fast shipping, and quite honestly...the easiest piece of furniture I've ever had to put together.
The ONLY thing I didn't "love" is that the color I wanted was backordered, and I went with a different color.
Even though it is "pressed wood", there were predrilled metal inserts for a more solid completed piece.

First of all I love how this looks. It came with all the parts and a little pouch of extra screws and smaller things like that. The instructions were clear and step by step. The actual heater/ fireplace didn't work. The flame came on but no heat. It was showing an L4 code I think or L3 but anyways it meant that the heater didn't work. I called customer service, they asked me to take a pic of the code and email it to them. I did that and in less than a week the new heater arrived. No fuss no muss just it didn't work and they honored the 1 year warranty. I would most certainly buy from them again.

The packaging of this unit was great. The true alignment of parts and pre-drilled holes made the assembly easy although it did take some time. The assembly instructions were very good. As advertised this is not a real wood product but the quality is excellant making it a very nice TV cabinet. The unit functions nicely with realistic fire and a good heating mechanism.

The directions were clear and easy to follow and it took an hour and 15 minutes to assemble from start to finish.
There is no crackling flame sound to turn on and off even though it shows on the remote and in the directions. I assumed my remote was not working correctly but my friend has the same unit and hers has no sounds
Great customer service too. I had accidently sent it to my work address instead of my home. After contacting the seller through Amazon they were able to redirect shipment to my home address.

I ordered the console table for my office area. The delivery was smooth. It was neatly packed, there were no broken parts. The assembly was fantastic as well. In the past, we have noticed misalignment and quality issues with other sellers but this product is a class apart at its price point. The fireplace is very good and warms up the area fast. I love how it looks in the room. Very elegant!

This is a nice electric fireplace/TV stand. The assembly instructions are very thorough and are accurate. Assembly is easy but it will take several hours to complete. The quality of construction is very good. There were no missing parts. All pre-drilled holes were in the proper locations. The unit weighs about 130 pounds but a 77 year old guy had no problems putting it together on his own. The unit puts out about 4,700 BTUH in forced convection heat, which is good for a typical 15 x 15 room. Highly recommended.

So initially this was a negative review buuut...I received the item got it all put together and the fireplace heater did not work. I kept getting an E43 error. I called customer service (which was a great experience) she said unfortunately they were out of stock for replacements and would be about two weeks to get another one. I recieved an email later that night from one of the techs with some instructions to look at a few things in the fireplace unit (he sent me how to information). I saw an issue fixed it, and voila fixed it!

So i will start from beginning. unpackaged and the Fireplace insert was damaged. I reached out to manufacturer/seller. it was a gift for my wife for Christmas. it arrived 1 week prior. They were very responsive. I sent photos and they mailed me one more out and it arrived day before Christmas! Built installed and was in use for Family Christmas dinner! Great quality it was hit and entire family loves look, quality, and design. Highly recommend, heats my 400sqft basement well and seller was great communication, response, and made the purchase great sending me new fireplace insert out. We chose the white with dark color wood top. very heavy. glass doors have a soft close feature which I wasn't expecting. Directions were very easy to follow to build. Size was correct to specifications. Hands will be sore putting together with a screw driver and hammer for some parts.

It was perfect size for my living room as I am trying to give it a full makeover. The color is exactly how it is online, height was spot on. The building instructions were super easy to follow and the pieces pretty much came almost in order as I was pulling them out to organize before putting together. It took me 3 hrs to build due to only using hand tools and not power tools. I also took breaks in between building as I have children. Could have taken me half the time to build but it turned out great! Heater only goes up to 82 and does heat up my living room pretty nicely. The fireplace screen is mot the most advanced looking but it looks nice. For the price, it is pretty solid.

I have wanted a fireplace tv stand for years! After reading so many reviews and narrowing down what I thought was the perfect one, I ordered this one. It took about 3 hours for me to put together by myself. It was easy and the directions were simple to follow. It is just definitely a bit of a process, as most furniture items are to build. The fireplace is beautiful! The crackling wood sound is so soothing and it's not to have the option to turn it off. All parts came together well and the piece feels sturdy. It even came with a package of extra parts. I'm so in love. Thank you so much for a wonderful addition to my living room right in time for Christmas.

Took a while to put together, but it was definitely worth it. Nice and sturdy. The only thing I would mention is that you can't take the large shelf in and out once the piece it put all the way together. We forgot to add it while building, however it ended up being a good thing because we had a record player we wanted to put there anyway.

I buy a lot of items off Amazon and normally dont have time to post reviews but must pass one along on this item. Bought and built my fair share of home built furniture and must say this is at the top end of all my experiences. Item is packed very intricately with foam covering all edges. Everything was undamaged. ALL the parts were there including a "spare parts" bag. The instructions were clear and detailed, step by step. Unlike 75% of all this type of DIY furniture, ALL the holes were in alignment and it went together solid and straight. Easily exceeds any of the Ikea stuff i've put together. Throw some wood glue on the wooden pegs for extra support. Fireplace was easy to install and will warm a 15'x 15'room nicely. We used this to cover our existing wood burning fireplace as my wife has asthma issues now. It looks great!

I LOVE this! It is beautiful and solid. Took us 3 hours to put it together but with no problems at all. Love the fire plate. It is not going to blast you out of the room with heat, but you will feel it. The only small downside with the darker unit is that the smaller shelves at the top are pretty dark. Hard to see the small decorations I have in that space. Overall, I would highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with this BELLEZE TV stand. The design looks like something out of a high-end furniture store �� the farmhouse-inspired wood finish and clean lines give my living room a warm, sophisticated feel. It instantly became the focal point of the space.
The built-in 18" electric fireplace is what really sets this piece apart. The flame effect looks surprisingly realistic (especially in the evening), and it adds the perfect amount of cozy ambiance without overheating the room. You can run the flame with or without heat, which is great for year-round use.
Assembly was easier than I expected �� all the pieces were labeled clearly, and the hardware was neatly packed. I had it together in about an hour using just a screwdriver. The finished unit feels solid and stable, easily supporting my 55�� TV with room to spare.
Storage is also excellent �� the adjustable shelves behind the glass doors are ideal for hiding away devices, books, and remotes while still keeping things organized and visually clean.
Overall, this is one of those rare finds that's both stylish and practical. The quality feels far above its price point. If you want a piece that transforms your living area into a warm, inviting space �� this is absolutely it.

I highly recommend this. I put it together myself which was a bit difficult at times. I highly recommend a second set of hands. It's heavy, and has a lot parts but all were packed well and in excellent condition.
Instructions to assemble were clear and it looked great after assembly. The fireplace looks and functions well as did the remote that controls it.
Just be patient during the assembly process and it should go together fine. Follow step by step and don't jump ahead thinking you know got this and don't n ed instructions. Last thing you want to do is have to disassemble anything.
Comes with a some extra hardware which was great because one of the cam nuts broke very easily. Do not over tighten hardware. Do as instructions say and just snug it well. Only drawback is I think those cam nuts are made of cheap metal and over tightening could either break the nut or damage the screw or wood parts.

This fireplace looks super-nice when completed, it's very hard to tell it came in a flatpack. The other reviews are correct in that it takes a few hours to assemble, but that is mostly due to the number of cam-lock fasteners and other hardware used, which speaks to its sturdiness when finished. The fit and finish of the predrilled parts is spot-on. The instructions are very clear. Have a cordless drill with a good phillips bit to speed up the process, because as I mentioned, there are ALOT of cam-lock fasteners to install. I'm a handy guy and put it together by myself and it took 3-1/2 to 4 hours. It wasn't frustrating, just time consuming. The result is great! You really can't tell it's a flatpack and you could easily believe it came from a furniture store. I do wish more thought had been put into the fireplace unit itself, such as some fake brick to make it look a bit more believable. The heat output is good, it supplements another quartz heater in our basement and does fine. I had a couple of issues which the vendor took care of promptly. The hardware is very good with soft-close hinges for the cabinet doors. Overall I recommend.

Came very well packed and everything labeled and directions were great. Definitely need two people to put it together and you can't rush. Took about an hour and a half but well worth the time. Spread your pieces out first on the floor.
Fireplace is great!! Can have it on without heat, heat is adjustable, sound, timer, flame control, and has a nice remote. Pretty realistic looking.
Only the first day, but I love it and I'm so glad I purchased it! Had great reviews on Belleze site as well as other sites I saw it advertised.

I am usually skeptical about ordering furniture on line. I like to actually see what I am buying but I took a chance. I was surprised of the quality of material! All the pieces lined up perfectly. I just put mine together by myself in time for Christmas! I wound up taking off the top back panel to allow room for the monstrosity of cables and cords!!! Super easy to follow instructions. The instructions says about 2 hrs and requires two people and would be a bit quicker with a drill instead of a screwdriver like I used, but I did it myself in 3 hours. I took all the parts out and laid them out in numerical order (it's so much easier than fumbling around looking). I love the color and looks of the wood-look patter and it goes perfectly with the look I am trying to achieve. Highly recommend. It is heavy (70#) to bring in the house so may need help.

Love the Astorga TV stand, but it arrived damaged in transit. It also wasn't the grey wash color we expected. It was more of a taupe. Belleze was great in their response time and what they offered to resolve the damage issue. Just wish I could get the same TV stand in white without the fireplace insert. I would definitely buy that!
