We were assembling the desk and found that one of the panels had been constructed incorrectly so we would not be able to put the desk together. I reached out to Customer service and asked for a replacement panel. I received a very prompt reply that they did not have any available stock to send me a replacement but they would be happy to give me an $80 credit. I responded that credit was not enough since we had an unusable desk. We received a quote from someone who thought they could figure out how to adapt the piece to make it work, but it was going to cost more than $80. I asked to have a manager review the case and requested a more significant credit.A day later, I was given a full credit for the purchase. I'm unhappy that I don't have a desk after all this, but at least I was given full credit. Thank you.

Very happy with my desk. It is very well made, much better than any of those particle board desks. The gray color is beautiful and matches my floors perfectly. I love that is has two file drawers and two large drawers above for plenty of storage. Highly recommend!

It is a good desk and I am very happy with it. The only complaint I have is the file drawers for hanging folders is not tall enough so the folders actually drag on the bottom of the drawer. It is only barely, but it's like they never even assembled/tested the desk since it would have been so easy to just make the drawer sides like 0.5 higher and it would have worked great. Not sure what the designer was thinking.The website ordering system is not good either, as it gave an error and duplicated my order. It was frustrating, but customer service was very responsive and took care of the issue.

As I expected from reading multiple reviews on many different desks ordered online, it was damaged. One corner of the top looks like it was bashed. Some of the fake wood laminate is missing but it’s not too noticeable as it’s the back right corner. But I was still disappointed . The directions were easy to follow. It only required another person to help with the back piece which connects the two bases and the top. Otherwise very easy. It looks great (I got dark walnut) and I love the feel of the drawer and keyboard tray glides, very smooth and high quality feel. My only other complaint is that it’s about an inch too tall.

Oh my goodness it took a good while to set this up. It takes a good two or three people to line up all of the pieces. If/when you actually get it assembled, it looks beautiful, and the quality of the product is not bad. Be prepared to spend some time getting it together.

Overall I think the desk is a good value. Do have problem to address with vendor. When I installed the bottom file drawer on the left side of the desk, the ball bearings fell out of the aluminum holder that inserts into slide. I need a replacement holder with bearings. Also include the black plastic end cap. Thanks.

We were disappointed upon opening however that there was a small chunk missing out of the corner, a small scratch down the middle top part of the desk and part of the side strip coming apart. We wrote the seller and they were quick to reply. Instead of dealing with shipping back they asked if we would like $55 and keep it as is. We agreed to that seeing as my husband could glue that one strip back down and for that price we’ll just deal with that smaller corner chunk not being perfect. The seller was prompt in response to us. For the cost it’s a good desk. Looks great in our room. Took my husband and son about two hours to assemble.

Caution- colors not accurately reflected in photos and poor packaging. Ordered first desk in Rustic Grey. It arrived extensively damaged. Replaced with Washed Grey. It is more brown than grey. It too came slightly damaged. The desk itself is sturdy once assembled and does look like a higher quality than what it is.

Assembly is complex, but instructions are well written. Quality of the wood is too low, not dense enough and I worry about the longevity of the desk. Screws in the back of the drawers should be replaced with the standard locking solution, as screws do not set well into the low quality MDF board used.This desk is built like a sub $200 desk. I would not recommend as longevity of fit and finish are concerns.

I am so happy with this deal! Its very great quality and the price is very reasonable especially with the features it comes with. The instructions arent detailed and word for word but has pictures illustrating the directions which i think is better. All the parts are numbered which helps its just confusing on finding out which way each part is facing i ended up putting somethings upside down and had to redo luckily they were easy fixes. The instructions say 2 people are required for assembly but I did attempt on my own which took me a little longer than the specified 60min timeframe. So I would recommend having a partner if you can.

I love the desk! It is a very sharp looking desk! Very sturdy, easy to put together. I would have given five stars but I taped a sticky note to the desk with regular scotch tape and when I peeled it off, it pulled the finish off revealing a white spot underneath. Laminate finish should be able to withstand a piece of tape but I would not even stick a post-it note on it for fear of it lifting the finish off. I would recommend purchasing a piece of glass for the top to protect. Otherwise, it was a great purchase!

I had to outfit 3 offices and I purchased this desk for one of them. My only regret is that I didn't get this desk for all 3. I've assembled a lot of furniture over the last few months and while this one wasn't the easiest it wasn't the hardest either. The quality is great and the finsh and sturdiness is excellent. The instructions say you need two people however, I was able to do it on my own. Take your time amd don't rush and you'll be more than happy. I only needed a 2nd hand when i installed the drawers. The manufacturers thought of everything including the colors of the screws.

Love the color and style of this desk! It works perfectly for what I needed. However, the desk did come with the pictured damages. I wish these damages were hide able, but the biggest is right on the corner. The assembly was okay, two pieces were not numbered and I had to guess which number they were. Ended up guessing wrong and had to take it apart and start over. Also, i feel like another mistake I made could have been easily avoided if they put “top�?and “bottom�?stickers on some pieces. Overall, great desk again just wish it wasn’t damaged.
